Giant Tiger finds its “Inner Voice” for the holidays

Yield has created a new holiday campaign for Giant Tiger Stores that follows on the heels of the successful Inner Voice campaign, which debuted in May of this year. That campaign resonated very strongly with Giant Tiger customers and clothing sales responded, so it made sense to extend the creative platform into the holiday season as well.

The new campaign explores the true spirit of Christmas, featuring moms preparing for the season, each facing a different challenge brought on by the holidays as expressed through their inner voice.

It’s a high pressure time of year in most families and much of the responsibility for Christmas falls on Mom’s shoulders. We wanted to show how Giant Tiger, with thousands of items just for the holidays, can help Mom to create a comfy, cozy Christmas.

The campaign includes three spots, two that will run on national specialty TV and a third that was created exclusively for digital and social channels. The digital spot focuses on Giant Tiger’s Christmas e-flyer, which is a critical part of Giant Tiger’s omnichannel marketing mix.

The two TV spots, entitled Gingerbread and Gift Surprise will start airing on November 14th in English & French along with programming sponsorship on W Network & Canal Vie. The third spot, Dear Santa will run only on digital and social channels beginning November 21st.
