We are delighted to announce that Josie Ciccarelli has joined the Yield team as Senior Account Supervisor, overseeing Equifax, OMA Insurance and OMA Member Benefits.
Josie worked most recently at FCB/SIX where she managed the extensive CRM programs for Janssen Pharmaceutical. Prior to FCB she spent five years on the client side at LoyaltyOne – Air Miles as a Client Marketing Specialist working on key accounts such as the Manitoba Liquor Commission, Hilton Hotels and National Car Rental gaining a strong background in CRM, digital marketing and analytics.
Her career began at DraftFCB where she managed SC Johnson and the Hong Kong & Jamaica Tourism Boards.
Josie has proven over her career that she can handle big complex clients with many moving parts”, says Yield CEO, Brad Usherwood. “Her ability to keep many balls in the air with a positive, get-it-done attitude will be a great asset to the team. We are delighted to have her on board.
